No lock-in contracts. Plans are billed annually but you can cancel at the end of any year. We keep clients because of the quality of our work, not the fine print.

Absolutely. The Total Cover plan includes multi-property rates. Get in touch and we'll put together a tailored quote across your portfolio — the more properties, the better the rate.
We still offer individual services at standard rates. However, most clients find that once they see the value stack in the annual plan versus one-off bookings, the plan is a straightforward decision. The free assessment will help you figure out what's right for your property.
As early as possible — ideally before October. Our Shield clients are booked and serviced before fire season begins. Spots fill up fast in spring as everyone realises the same thing at the same time.
